Anthology of modern Slovak dramaturgy

(including for Apple and Android)
The anthology presents dramatic works that have stood the test of the stage. With the exception of two plays (O. Zahradnik and I. Bukovchan), which have already become national and world classics, and two dramatizations of famous authors (L. Ballek and V. Shikula), carried out by O. Shulay, these are modern plays. They differ in style: some are written in line with biblical traditions, others can serve as examples of avant-garde experiments, and others are quite traditional. The time of their creation is the late 1990s-2000s. All plays (except O. Zahradnik) have been translated into Russian for the first time. The composition of the book gives an idea of the current state of Slovak drama and theater, of the life of Slovakia today, where, after the collapse of Czechoslovakia in 1993, changes occurred not only in the political, economic, cultural spheres, but also in the way of life and relationships between people.
