The book includes Spinoza’s treatise “On the Purification of the Intellect,” published in 1914, commentaries on it and other studies on Spinoza’s logic and theory of knowledge, as well as the oldest biography of Spinoza, translated into Russian for the first time, written by his friend and student, to whom I had to hide my name.
