Over the past 30 years, science has developed new ideas about ethnic groups, peoples and nations. The mechanisms of gathering people into nations that cement their ties have been studied. On this basis, technologies have been created for dismantling peoples or creating new communities with ethnic properties (for example, with excited Russophobia), given methods of manipulating consciousness.
