When a prayer service before a battle was not a duty, but a necessity. When the regimental priest was perceived by the soldiers as the only thread connecting them, sinners, with God. However, the act itself, or rather the feat, of Father Job Kaminsky, was perceived as something unimaginable. Until that day, none of the regimental priests had risked their lives like this. After serving prayer services, the priests remained in the rear. So what Father Job did became an event. And subsequently, many regimental priests, inspired by this feat, with a cross in their hand, went into battle shoulder to shoulder along with their soldiers.
