It is shown that ideal standardization eliminates the possibility of theft, and since it is not ideal, but still somehow regulates the production process, for officials this is an unnecessary limit to their impunity. How one of the mechanisms of state theft works can be shown with a specific example. The opinion is stated that no one will ever allow anyone to develop an ideal standardization system capable of resisting corruption. But it is necessary that people know the nature of this negative phenomenon, and conscientious officials could at least partially reduce this evil of modern society.
