The new novel of the American authoress Ann Пэтчетт reminds the fairy-tale of brothers of Гримм, overgrowing to the scales of domestic epos. History of protagonists, Danny Конроя and his sister Мэйв, embraces all second half of the XX century, and their fates appear rock character casebound with the Dutch house - by oneself on east of Pennsylvania, once belonging to the ruining oneself dynasty of magnates of Netherlands of Ванхубейков.
