After the death of her father, Maharaja Prindura, the Indian princess Alexandrina, or at home simply Mink, is surprised to discover that her inheritance consists entirely of her father's debts. Having sold the house and most of his belongings, Mink accepts the kind invitation of Queen Victoria and moves to the former residence of the English monarchs - the famous Hampton Court Palace, located in the bend of the Thames. However, besides ghosts, the old palace is fraught with other dangers, perhaps much more serious.
