In the materials of the Concept of Public Safety in the Sufficiently General Theory of Control (AGTC), there is a section that many readers skip, finding it abstract and therefore too difficult to understand or useless for practice: this is “Processes in Supersystems: Possibilities of Flow.” However, since humanity and the Earth’s biosphere are a mutual investment of two supersystems, this section is very applied and its development is necessary for understanding history, prospects and policy development. But it really cannot be mastered in passing: for this you need to set aside time to read it from beginning to end in a day or two, without being distracted by other things and correlating different fragments of its text with each other, and after reading it, rethink it, correlating the entire text with the life of society. This note will talk about the same processes as in the named section of DOTU, but for the most part in specific scientific and sociological-political terminology, and not in the terminology of DOTU. It is recommended to read the proposed material for the first time, ignoring footnotes, the volume of which is about 40% of the volume of the main text (without appendices), in order to form general, holistic imaginative ideas about the issues under consideration. To be distracted by footnotes when reading means to interfere with this process, tearing it into pieces. It is better to read the footnotes later - separately or during a second reading of the work and its individual fragments.
