With the adoption of the new Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the main document regulating labor relations has become the employment contract. The way it is designed, what it contains, determines the working and rest conditions of the employee, his social status, as well as the rights and opportunities of the Employer in relation to the Employee. In this book, the author tried to analyze in as much detail as possible the options for drawing up an employment contract concluded not only with an ordinary employee, part-time worker or minor, but also with the head of the enterprise.
