Lyubov Fedorovna Larkina was born in Moldova, her childhood years during the war of the forties occurred in Ukraine, which found itself under the occupation of Hitler’s troops, and, by and large, she spent her youth and youth in sunny Turkmenistan, where many Russian residents, including her relatives, were sent to restoration of Ashgabat, which was completely destroyed after a strong earthquake in 1948... And only in her declining years did she return to the Urals, to Russia, which, no matter where she was, the author-poet always dearly loved and sang in her numerous creations. So in this book, along with colorful descriptions of the beauties of the south, Lyubov Fedorovna places emphasis in her work on the main source of her poetic inspiration - the cherished country - Russia: “... But I hasten to the cherished lands Under the canopy of blue forests. To plunge into the aspen laughter, In the quiet pine talk, Where the epic river rolls, Above the river there is melting smoke...”
