In 1930, F. T. Marinetti again visited Egypt, where on December 22, 1876, the future founder of futurism was born in Alexandria, Egypt. The result of this trip was a whole series of essays, published one after another on the pages of the Turin “People's Newspaper” (“Gazzetta del Popolo”) from March 1930 to December 1931. They were later published under one cover under the title “The Charm of Egypt” (1933) . This small lyrical book by an ecstatic preacher of railways, progress and war, written about ancient timeless Egypt, as far as possible, it would seem, from the futuristic aesthetics so dear to the author, was still unknown to the Russian reader. The publishing layout was saved in PDF A4 format. p>
