The first section of the book is devoted to general advice regarding everyday life. It examines how we experience various life situations and the difficulties associated with them. The second section talks about how to cope with these difficulties using various spiritual exercises. It is not known exactly what category they can be classified into. They can be considered as meditation, techniques that help achieve relaxation of the body and mind, and psychotherapy.
