The book provides a systematic presentation of the prerequisites, course and results of the Third World Information and Psychological War unleashed by the United States against the USSR. This war, aimed at conquering peoples, is based on a deliberate change in public consciousness. A hidden relationship between seemingly very different events can be traced. Particular attention is paid to the role of the so-called “fifth column” within the USSR and the organization of the final information strike during “perestroika”. The modern US information war for world domination and prospects for developments are also considered.
