This publication is a working material prepared for the INTERNATIONAL COURT and for the discussion in the 5th COMMITTEE of the UN General Assembly (at the 52nd session - 1998) on the report of the UN JOINT STAFF PENSION FUND (regarding the MULTI-YEAR refusal of the rulers of RUSSIA to fulfillment of its obligations under an international agreement with this UN Foundation and the FRAUD of the Kremlin government AGAINST THE UNITED NATIONS). Materials (previously published through the media and in a number of books) indicating the CRIMINALITY of YELTSIN and the government of RUSSIA, a UN member, are systematized here, as well as documents from court cases, during the consideration of which the courts and prosecutor's office in RUSSIA refused to respect (to please criminals from the Russian government) generally accepted human rights and follow the norms of international law, recognized as “legal” the deliberate DECEPTION of the UN by the Kremlin rulers.© Vladislav B.
