Arkady and Boris Strugatsky are famous classics of Russian science fiction, brothers-co-authors. Many of their works do not fit into certain genres, going beyond the boundaries of generally accepted formulations. In almost all of their works, the authors write not about “adventures of the body,” but about “adventures of the spirit,” by their own definition. Even in such obvious action films as “Inhabited Island”. Probably, it is precisely this - a description of the adventures of the human soul - that makes the Strugatskys’ books readable more than once. Every time you re-read it, you find some character trait of some hero that was previously unnoticed. These books live, live a complex, ambiguous and fascinating life. We will never live in the world that the Strugatskys invented. But we can dream about it and this world, letting our souls in, at least a little, will change them. Will change for the better...Contents: History of the future (conditional cycle) NIICHAVO (cycle) The Jews of the city of St. Petersburg, or Sad conversations by candlelight (play)
