What is “success”? What and how should you do in order to become successful? Everyone is successful in their own way. Fixation on goals in the future distracts attention from what we are doing right here and now. The future is an illusion, the present is reality. Our actions “now” and their consequences determine our destiny. We should not do what we “want” based on the values that the outside world imposes on us. Happiness and success are only possible when we become who we are meant to be—when we become ourselves. And this is only possible “here and now” - in the moment in which we live, and not in the “future”, which is running away from us - the horizon line, like never before.
