Despite the varied subtleties and great complexity, the art of Barya Quan is still accessible to understanding and mastery. It reflects the images of a number of animals. You just need to remember that the goal is not external effects, but spiritual self-improvement through improved health and military equipment. A noble husband (jun zi) is constantly, without formalities or hesitation, engaged in continuous self-improvement. This applies to both health and spiritual strength. From an early age I began to study Quan Shu. In an effort to discover the essence and depth of all changes, he mastered one form of martial arts one after another. And being already in adulthood, on the way to the capital of the Huojia county, he met Mr. Cheng Tinghua. He began by explaining the content of Ba Gua Quan, and then began teaching the technique. This method of martial art begins with the form of Wu Tzu - awareness of Infinity, and the course of training ends with the eight trigrams of Ba Gua. Between them are Liang-i and Si-xiang. They reflect the changes of the Manifest World of Hou Tian and the Eternal Heaven of Xian Tian in the spiral centrifugal and centripetal movement of Ni and Shun. Initial awareness of the essence of changes allows you to achieve comprehensive subtlety in everything.
