“A Reader on Alternative Dispute Resolution” is the first collection of systematized materials in Russia on the methods of teaching and practical application of alternative dispute resolution (in general) and its individual methods - arbitration, international commercial arbitration and mediation. The publication was prepared on the basis tested knowledge and experience of both individual specialists and Russian law universities and faculties, as well as model programs for teaching ADR methods as disciplines developed within the framework of the First All-Russian (international) scientific and methodological conference “Alternative dispute resolution in higher and additional professional education programs” (courses). Model educational programs can be used directly for teaching, as well as as a basis for proprietary courses in the field of APC. The educational and methodological complex is successfully supplemented with practical recommendations and examples of the use of these methods of ARS. The publication is intended primarily for teachers of law universities and faculties, and can also be successfully used to develop programs for additional education and advanced training.
