The collection of the outstanding American writer Flannery O'Connor (1925–1964), a prominent representative of the literary school of the American South, includes stories that have not previously been translated into Russian. The stories are taken from the collections “A Good Man Is Hard to Find” (1958) and “At the Top All Paths Converge” (1964). O'Connor's prose, ironic, sometimes creepy, deeply psychological and warmed by a sincere love for people, belongs to the classics of the 20th century.

These stories by Flannery O'Connor have never been published in Russia
