This book is a reissue of the popular collection “The Spark of God” published in 1903, compiled by the famous spiritual writer, Archpriest Grigory Dyachenko. “The Spark of God” is focused on the religious and moral education of girls, maidens and wives and was the first experience in Russian pedagogical literature of creating a book for girls. Its goal is to show that a woman’s true calling is family, motherhood and raising children. In today's times of so-called feminization, it would not be out of place to be reminded of this great purpose. This publication will be useful for reading in Sunday school and in the family circle.
