Vedic knowledge is infallible because it descends through the chain of perfect disciplic succession of spiritual teachers, which begins with the Lord Himself. And since the first word of Vedic knowledge was spoken by the Lord Himself, the source of this knowledge is transcendental. The words spoken by the Lord are called apaurusheya. This means that they come from a person who does not belong to the material world. At the dawn of creation, Vedic knowledge was initially implanted by the Lord in the heart of Brahma, the first created living being, and Brahma, in turn, passed on this knowledge to his sons and disciples, who continue to spread it to this day.
