Before you, reader, is an extraordinary, and to a certain extent, unique book. Its author is a Yugoslav communist, publicist, the son of a modest schoolteacher Cedomir Milicevic, whom the Nazis, after being abused in a concentration camp, subjected him to a terrible, painful death: like the Soviet general Dmitry Karbyshev, they watered him in the cold winter, with water until until it turned into an ice block....
