Dhirendra Brahmachari's second book is "Yogasana Vijnana", which was published both in English and in Russian and other languages. The book contains a detailed description with photos of the main asanas of Hatha Yoga, which are mentioned in such ancient magnificent works as “Hatha Yoga Pradipika”, “Shiva Samhita”, “Gheranda Samhita” and “Goraksha Paddhati”. In “Yogasana” Vijnana" you can find a detailed description of the meanings, purposes and virtues of asanas, as well as the correct ways to perform them. The purpose of the described asanas is to achieve coordination of neuromuscular movements, in which muscle contraction is always followed by their relaxation. The basis of every physical movement is the work of the mind, and the limitless powers of the mind are used to master the perfect physical culture of the body. The book belongs to the golden fund of authoritative works on Hatha Yoga, created in the 20th century. In total, Dhirendra Brahmachari wrote three books: “Yoga-Sukshma -Vyayama", "Yogasana Vijnana" and "Mudra and Pranayama". The first two books were published and translated into many languages. The third book of Dhirendra Brahmachari ("Mudra and Pranayama"), after the departure of the Master, was sealed by the local authorities and was never published.
