Роман "Обіцянка" вразив мене своєю глибиною та емоційною наповненістю. Автор майстерно передає атмосферу 1986 року, коли сімейні цінності та обіцянки стають основою для подальших поколінь. Історія про сім'ю Свартів, їхні стосунки та обіцянка, дану вмираючій дружині, розкриває складність людських емоцій і моральних виборів. Я була вражена, як обіцянка, що на перший погляд може здаватися простою, стає важливим елементом, який впливає на життя багатьох людей. Читання цього роману стало для мене справжнім відкриттям, адже він змушує задуматися про те, як наші дії та слова можуть мати довгострокові наслідки. Я б рекомендувала цю книгу всім, хто цінує глибокі, емоційні історії, що залишають слід у серці
