This is the second collection with this title. Its appearance is the result of the Second Open Literature Championship, which was held on the website of the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper as part of the Seteratura project in the format of a European or world football championship: qualifying and group tournaments, playoffs. More than 500 authors from near and far abroad took part in the competition. In addition to the two winners of the championship, a “ten” of poets and prose writers were named. They made up the two “dozens” of the collection. The third top ten included works by jury members. And all together, participants and judges, made up a magnificent “ten”.
