Faye O'Neill, a single mother with two children, has forgotten what it means to dream and believe in fairy tales. But as soon as she moved to an old Victorian mansion, mysterious events began to happen. At night, Fay sees strange lights outside her window, and in the apartment above her lives an eccentric old woman, Wendy, who considers herself a friend of the famous fairy-tale character Peter Pan. At first, Faye didn't take it seriously, but meeting another neighbor, Jack Graham, made her look at what was happening differently. Jack doesn't remember anything about his childhood, and the only clue he finds leads him... to Wendy.
