The fifth volume of the “Book of Times and Events” is dedicated to the tragic era. The books discuss such topics as “Racial Theory”, “Hitler’s Rise to Power”, “The First Concentration Camps in Germany and Anti-Jewish Laws”, “Kristallnacht”, “The Flight of Jews from Germany”, “The Evian Conference”, “The Beginning” Soviet-German war and evacuation of the population", "Methods of extermination in the occupied territories", "German offensive in the summer of 1942 and the extermination of the Jews of the occupied territories" and many others. In this book, the author quotes many witnesses to that Holocaust, survivors and victims who left their messages, letters, diaries, notes on the walls of cells and on scraps of paper. Sometimes the author does not name the names of these people: their common fate is their common memory, the gratitude of their descendants, gratitude and sorrow.
