This book is about the practice of human development, about comprehending the Path and building the training center of the Givin School of Human Improvement. It says that in Russia there is such a practice and there is a teacher who teaches people this knowledge. This practice allows you to make contact, communicate and interact with the next, higher levels of the Mind in a fairly short period of time. This makes it possible to use their strength, wisdom and knowledge for the benefit of all living things and for movement in their development. And how good it is that for this knowledge there is no need to go somewhere to Tibet, India or America. While they are near us, or rather, in Russia. There is no need to learn Tibetan dialects, Bengali or English in order to learn to understand life and be happy. In this book, I describe my personal experience, my feelings and experiences, and also give examples of the experiences of students like me.
