The new book of the journalist, TV presenter, doctor of historical sciences is another part of the training manual for politicians, journalists, political scientists and amateurs on writing, rewriting and improving the Constitution of Ukraine. On the pages of this book, the author tries to form a coherent, consistent, clear idea of the phenomenon of the Ukrainian hetman state in 1918. In his opinion, many publicists and historians who have researched this topic, despite their long and stubborn efforts, lack objectivity. He could not resist the temptation to formulate his version of the answer to the question: how did its founder Pavlo Skoropadskyi see this Ukrainian state? What was the political form and content of this state? But why did this, according to the author, "the only state entity on the territory of modern Ukraine, which was thought of by its founders and builders as legal and democratic" die?
