The book appeared in 1996. For the first time in the world, it explained: firstly, the essential differences between a people and a nation; secondly, when and how peoples and nations are born in the form of social societies; thirdly, that the formation of these societies occurs in the eras of the popular and national Reformations, respectively, which last three generations. It was shown that in Russia during the twentieth century there was a collapse of Russian folk society in the absence of political conditions for the emergence of a Russian national society, and this circumstance became the main reason for the decline of social production relations and the catastrophic collapse of the Soviet Union, and then the threat of collapse of Russia itself. And only in a revolutionary accelerated turn of politics towards the formation of a Russian national society, in a Russian national revolution and the subsequent controlled Russian national Reformation, is the only way to salvation and further historical development of the Russian ethnic group and Russia.
