I thought memory loss was the worst thing that could happen. Forgetting who you are and where you come from is like driving on a road with only right turns. Everything points in the same direction. A direction I wanted to avoid, a dark tunnel I needed to go into if I wanted answers. But the memory loss wasn't the worst thing. Finding out who I was and what secret I was hiding was worse. The irresistible attraction and passion we shared with a past I didn't remember created a whole new storm. A perfect storm of two madnesses. What a stupid little fish I am.
