Solved in the aesthetics of the absurd, the story of two children growing up playing in the same sandbox is staged using unusual means of expression. Along with the actors, puppets work in the play, but they are by no means theatrical. These are toys that “grow” along with the characters. In the first scene there are cartoonishly huge dolls, in the last there are rubber products from an “adult” store. But shocking is not an end in itself, but only an auxiliary means in creating on stage a model of our world, shown in the play as a desert of human deafness, blindness and misunderstanding. Will the heroes of the play Protazek and Milka be able to survive in it? What will grow out of their timid feelings? The answer is not obvious until the very end.
