Anais Nin is an American writer, the author of prose works that are unsurpassed in their frankness. Her friends were Henry Miller, Gore Vidal, Antonette Artaud, Salvador Dali, Pablo Neruda, whose vivid portraits remained on the pages of her diaries, stories and novellas. She was called the author of a unique, “vast flow of the inner world of a creative personality.” Many books, dozens of dissertations, as well as the brand of the famous French perfume “Anais-Anais” were dedicated to her.
