So, dear readers, in the first book you became acquainted with all the provisions of the COBA and the program for their implementation in practice, that is, putting them into practice. Now the main “secrets of globalization” are no longer secrets for you. It also became clear what and how should be done in order to establish a fair way of life on Earth. However, as you should now understand, not everything is presented in the book... The information in the book was presented in such a way that when reading, first of all, the readers “ the most key questions (“secrets”) would be grasped and at the same time the core line, logical order, consistency and interconnectedness of these key questions would be preserved. To achieve this, all possible explanations outlining the relevant factual material were purposefully minimized. As they say, “there would be a skeleton, but the meat would grow.” Now that the “skeleton” is considered to be formed, we can start building muscles (“meat”). After all, the material presented in the book involves a rethinking of many, many now “unshakable truths and facts” from all spheres of human life. A huge amount of work remains to be done in this direction. And it needs to start immediately. For this purpose, further in the second book, in the appendices, from the standpoint of KOB, a description and understanding of some historical events, facts, modern scientific views, and trends observed in the life of society are given in our time. Such a description and understanding is given in the form of separate analytical notes. I hope that these notes will allow readers to better understand the material presented earlier and, in addition, will become an example for independent consideration of certain “facts,” events and phenomena of both the past and present from the perspective of KOB.
