Зображення взаємин між Хуго та Мар'яною, яка стає його захисницею, є надзвичайно чутливим і зворушливим. Книга змушує задуматися про цінність життя, про те, як важливо зберігати людяність у найскладніших обставинах. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто хоче зрозуміти глибину людських переживань і пережити емоційний шлях разом з героєм.
