Left Politics is an independent non-partisan publication. The magazine's materials are devoted to the interaction of left-wing and social movements, educational reform, the experience of trade unions and left-wing parties in different countries of the world, and the study of globalization. The publication is a platform for theoretical discussions about the paths of leftist ideology in the modern world. The authors belong to different leftist movements. The magazine also publishes reviews of new philosophical, sociological and political science works published in Russia and around the world. The magazine seeks to adopt the experience of both the New Left Review of the early 1970s and the Russian thick magazines of the 19th century, which played a significant practical role in the liberation movement.
