The book by one of the most famous American political scientists, editor-in-chief of the weekly Neesweek international Fareed Zakaria, is an attempt to prepare the reader for a political system of the world in which the United States of America will not be the undisputed hegemon. This is the world in which the “rise of the rest of humanity” takes place.
