The book, for the first time in Russian business literature, examines two main paradigms in production management - shop and non-shop management structures. Moreover, the first of them dominates in Russian enterprises, and the second - in Western, especially in high-tech industries. The advantages are substantiated in the work shopless management, in which a production flow system operates, where the functions and responsibilities of all participants in the production process from the first manager to the final performer are clearly delineated.
