This book will tell about my personal experience of overcoming various life difficulties, including postpartum depression and relationships with my mother-in-law. I would like for you to feel better and calmer after reading it: you are not alone. For some time, the book was sent only by e-mail among friends, acquaintances of friends, and so on. I received a lot of feedback on how accurately I described what I went through and what women are going through now. You may disagree on something, that's okay.
