Authors are examine the task of planning of the киберфизической system applied as service for a management intellectual building with the use of technologies of the Internet of things - Internet of Things (IoT). Such programmatic platforms enter in the complement of the complex systems of class of BEMS - Building Energy Management System and are a tool for realization of энергоресурсосберегающих measures in building. Server and comptrollers of IoT form the infrastructure of control system, in that the special role is played by the mechanisms of adaptation and intellectual analysis of data acting continuously from the large number of knots. In the conditions of absence of standards on realization of BEMS of the systems on the base of IoT, and also growths of the requirements produced to composition and functions of the analytical providing, there is a necessity for the unitization of programmatic architectures and providing their effective realization at the decision of practical tasks.
