Galina Ivanovna Поскребышева is a member of the Moscow association of cooks, member of фитотерапевтического society, member of Union of journalists of Russia, member of the International academy of authors of the scientific opening and inventions, possessor of silver medal ВДНХ for the unique recipes of domestic kitchen, author of publications in numerous magazines.Long years Galina Ivanovna Поскребышева collected the recipes of the ancient Russian kitchen.
