"Los apostólicos" is a novel by the famous Spanish writer Benito Perez Galdos, published in 1906. In this book, the author tells the story of a young artist who comes to Madrid in search of fame and success. Feeling alienated in the urban environment of the city, he falls into the circle of apostles - a group of revolutionary idealists who dream of social justice and changes in society. Due to his attempt to combine art with politics, the hero finds himself in the middle of a sharp social struggle, where he is forced to decide on whose side he stands: on the side of truth or illusion. "Los apostólicos" is an interesting story about dreams, revolution, faith in ideals and loss of innocence.
