The classics of popular scientific literature are living and bright remembrances of one of the greatest scientists of XX of century. James Дьюи Watson (family. 1928) is the American biologist, nobel laureate on physiology and medicine (jointly with Фрэнсисом Криком and Maurice Уилкинсом) for opening of structure of molecule of DNA. A book "The Double spiral", describing history of this opening, first went out in light as early as 1968 and since unchanging included in any "топ-10" of the popular scientific best sellers. New translation and careful work of scientific editors of Russian edition allowed актуализировать this classic book, complementing her necessary comments.
