In a manual the course of lectures is presented on educational discipline "Дефектология (special pedagogics and special psychology) ". This discipline is studied by the students of faculties of preschool education and primary education of pedagogical institutions of higher learning.This manual can be also used in-process with the students of separation of speech therapy of дефектологического faculty at the study of educational disciplines "Special pedagogics" and "Special psychology".Primary purpose of study of these disciplines - to form for students the system of theoretical knowledge about the features of development, educating and education of children with limit possibilities of health and to prepare to work with the children of this category in general (mass and special) establishments.An educational course is sent to practical realization of one of major aspects trade education of дефектологов and teachers of the system of universal education is realization of психолого-педагогической work with children and teenagers with limit possibilities of health.
