“The Time of Politics” by the famous poet and essayist, author of many poetic and prose books, is a collection of his selected essays published in the online publication InLiberty.ru. Lev Rubinstein refers to his media prose as “an experience in periodical fine literature.” The criterion that the author followed when compiling the collection was whether the text could take on a new life in a new and responsible context, the context of a book. And it is up to the reader to evaluate it in its entirety. As in the very first book of his magazine essays, “Cases from Language,” published by Ivan Limbach, in the new collection Lev Rubinstein pays close attention to the words that create or distort reality.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.

Книга «Час політики» Лева Рубінштейна стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Автор, відомий своєю поетичною майстерністю, в цій збірці демонструє глибоке розуміння політичних і соціальних процесів, які відбуваються навколо нас. Його есе не лише інформативні, але й спонукають до роздумів, адже Рубінштейн вміло грає зі словами, показуючи, як вони можуть формувати або спотворювати реальність. Особливо вразила його здатність поєднувати особисті спостереження з глобальними темами, що робить текст надзвичайно актуальним. Хоча переклад деяких фраз може бути не зовсім точним через використання штучного інтелекту, це не зменшує цінності книги.
