“Slave. That’s what they called me.” In sinister criminal structures, where they don’t know what conscience is, but they understand what family and honor mean, there are girls like this. Slaves. Magnificent and dangerous. Faithful assistants to their owners. Valuable employees of shadow organizations. They usually live quite well, at least between missions. Ella is one of them, but her fate is different. Ella has lived in captivity since she was sixteen. She is used, bullied, this is her life. But one fine day the owner sells it. And Ella is deeply mistaken, believing that things cannot be worse than before. Her new master, Asher Scott, the head of a powerful criminal network, hates slaves in general - and Ella personally in particular. Day after day she plunges into a viscous nightmare, but does not want to give up. A cruel game begins, a rivalry of feelings, and Ella must certainly win in this fight. What it will cost her is another question. Sarah Rivens (b. 1999) published her first stories on Wattpad, the largest online platform for readers and writers. There, in 2020, the first chapters of “Slave Women” appeared. Book 1,” and in a community of 90 million people, the author became incredibly popular. Since then, the story of Ella and Escher has captured the minds and hearts of countless audiences and continues to win new fans and admirers, and Sarah Rivens has become the most famous and read Algerian writer in the entire history of the country: the Slave trilogy is translated into nine languages, these books have been read on Wattpad nine million times, and in France (Sarah Rivens writes in French) the total circulation of paper editions exceeds half a million copies - these books have firmly established themselves on the bestseller lists, immediately after the release of the last part, displacing even the memoirs of Prince Harry! For the first time in Russian!
