In 1997, the novel “The King’s Daughter” was awarded two literary awards - the Nebula and the Intergalactic Prize for the best novel. In 2022, the long-awaited world premiere of the film adaptation of the novel. Some scenes of the film were filmed in the famous Versailles (in the dead of night, when there were no tourists), in particular a large-scale dance scene in the Gallery of Mirrors, the most famous interior of the ceremonial residence of the “Sun King”. The main roles in the film will be played by Pierce Brosnan, William Hurt and Kaya Scodelario.
