Clive Staples Lewis (11/29/1898 - 11/22/1963). A famous English writer, scientist and theologian, known for his works on medieval literature and Christian apologetics. The work “Love” is written in the traditional form of a treatise, but is written in living language and covers current problems of both modern society and modern man.***The book is written in 1958–1960 Translation by N. L. Trauberg in 1976, edition: Lewis C.S. Four Loves. L., 1960. With some abbreviations, this text was published in “Questions of Philosophy”, No. 8, 1989. Then, in its entirety, it was published in 1991 by the Gnosis publishing house and in 1992 by the Republic publishing house ( Moscow).
