The novel continues the fascinating storyline begun by the author in the novel “The Shadow of a Bitter Star” (Tyumen, 1996), but is a completely independent work. Роман "Очі Феміди" є вражаючим продовженням "Сінь гіркої зірки" і в той же час самостійним твором, який відкриває читачеві нові горизонти в розумінні життя в Західно-Сибірському регіоні під час «розвиненого соціалізму». Автор майстерно поєднує гумор з серйозними соціальними темами, що робить книгу не лише цікавою, але й глибокою. Герої роману, хоч і вигадані, відображають реальні долі людей того часу, і їхні переживання та мрії викликають співчуття і розуміння. Сюжет наповнений несподіваними поворотами, які тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Хоча переклад з оригіналу за допомогою штучного інтелекту іноді має недоліки, загалом текст читається легко і зрозуміло. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією, соціологією та літературою, яка змушує задуматися про важливі питання життя.
