Two unexpected topics are intricately intertwined in the book of Tyumen local historian Arkady Zakharov - the fate of the ancestors of A. S. Pushkin and the history of the Golden Goddess of the North. The unsolved mystery of the ancient Yugra Lukomorye, the greatest shrine of the northern peoples - the wonderful statue of the Golden Goddess, is mentioned in ancient legends about the “unknown lands” of the Russian North. Legends about it survived into the 20th century, but the sacred statue is still unknown to scientists. A.P. Zakharov made another attempt to reveal this age-old secret.
